I visited new orleans at least a dozen times before finally visiting city park. this is a very special public place, a wonderful attraction for a good half-day visit, and it's free! the collection of public art spaced throughout is fantastic, the landscaping is beautiful, and there's plenty to do and see for families, couples, or even solo for.
